Terms of use
SBAAAM! helps you keep and rediscover items and offer those you choose to publish. These rules describe the current website and app.
Last updated:Operator and contact
The service is identified as 10ten, Via Maffeo Pantaleoni 5, Frascati (Rome), Italy. Support and questions: assistenza@sbaaam.com.
Accounts and responsible use
Your personal inventory does not require an account. Publishing and negotiating require sign-in with a verified email. An OTP confirms access to the inbox, rather than identity, age, reliability or ownership of an item.
Use the service where you can validly enter agreements under applicable law; minors require involvement of the person holding parental responsibility. Do not use other people’s accounts or bypass blocks and controls.
Clear, lawful listings
Publish items you are entitled to dispose of and content you have the right to use. Describe condition, defects and relevant details truthfully.
Unlawful content, stolen or counterfeit items, scams, spam, threats and unauthorised disclosure of personal data are not allowed. Documents and private inventory information should not become listings. Respect restrictions that apply to the item.
Offers and agreements
Acceptance reserves the item within the service: it does not trigger payment or confirm delivery or inspection.
Buyer and seller define the agreement, total and any shipping or collection costs. Check before accepting. Professional sellers must make their status clear and meet their obligations: the service does not turn a professional sale into a private sale.
Payments and shipping today
SBAAAM! does not currently handle payments, hold money, provide labels or manage couriers. Integrated protected purchasing is not active. Users arrange payment and delivery directly, considering the chosen method’s terms and protections.
A future PayPal integration will require a specific flow and terms: it is not a protection already available today.
Reports and moderation
Once signed in, you can report a listing from its details and block a user. Reports may be reviewed by an authorised operator; content breaking the rules can be hidden.
For questions about an action or an error, write to assistenza@sbaaam.com with the listing or report reference. Avoid unnecessary data.
Availability and rights
The service may need maintenance and updates. Take care of the device holding your inventory: signing in is not a backup of local items.
Each party is responsible for their content and agreements under applicable law. These rules do not exclude rights and responsibilities that cannot legally be waived. Data processing is explained separately in the Privacy notice.
