These tips help you recognise risks; they do not guarantee an individual transaction. Pause whenever something does not feel right.
Last updated:Look closely at the item
Check condition, defects, brand and model. Ask for details or additional photos when needed. Be cautious about pressure to act or unusually attractive prices.
A verified email means only that someone can receive the code: it is not a certified seller or an inspection of the item.
Keep codes and credentials private
Never share passwords, OTPs, banking codes or full card details. Do not enter sign-in data through a link received from the other party.
Open the SBAAAM! website or app yourself to sign in. If a message promises a credit but asks for codes, a payment or an ATM operation, stop and check through the official channels of the service involved.
Agree on the total before accepting
Clarify what the price includes, any shipping costs and delivery or collection arrangements. Offers and counteroffers help keep a record of amounts.
An accepted offer is not a payment receipt or evidence of shipment. SBAAAM! does not currently handle payments or shipping.
Choose how to pay carefully
Check the recipient, amount, terms of the chosen method and any protections or exclusions. Keep receipts and evidence of the agreement. A screenshot alone does not confirm money has arrived: check through your bank’s official channel.
Do not pay money to receive the proceeds of your own sale. Be wary of links to unlock payments or couriers sent by the other party. Integrated PayPal protected purchasing is not active in SBAAAM! yet.
Arrange collection safely
Prefer a suitable public place, consider taking someone with you and inspect the item before confirming. Do not publish your precise home address in a listing.
For shipping, agree on packaging, costs and tracking directly with the other party.
Sell transparently
Use photos you are entitled to share and describe defects too. Do not publish personal documents, other people’s data or prohibited items. Do not claim an item has shipped or payment has arrived without checking.
Report anything suspicious
Open the listing details and choose Report listing. Once signed in, you can also block a user to prevent new negotiations between you.
Keep useful references and evidence. If you suspect a crime, contact the competent authorities: a platform report does not replace a report to the authorities. For support, write to assistenza@sbaaam.com.
